Welcome to the resource page for current UStudy Ambassadors!
This page gives you access to various documents you may need in your capacity as UStudy Ambassador.
If you have not already done so, please make sure you’ve joined our Facebook UStudy Ambassadors group.
For an overview of events where UStudy may require a UStudy Ambassador, please refer to our “Other Seminars” page.
Are you featured on one of our Student Profile pages? If not, check them out and send your own answers to the questions (either in Dutch or English) and email them, as well as 3 photographs of your time in the US, to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to proudly show you off!
About the presentations
People want to hear about you and your personal experience, so feel free to share your own photos and your own notes in your presentations. However, here are some sample presentations for your inspiration (the UStudy presentations are very factual – you can take some facts from here for your own presentations). Please note – the following presentations are in Dutch. Occasionally the event organisers will request for a presentation to be done in English. If this is the case, we will be sure to let you know in advance. (NB: The presentations shown below are in Dutch)
Studying and playing Sports in the US Presentation by Nienke van Staveren (your UStudy Ambassador Liaison, and one of our Ambassadors)
We would like to present a consistent image in our presentations, and therefore ask that you use the following templates when creating your presentation.
Flyers: UStudy will send several copies of flyers to your venue where you are doing the presentation, however if you need to email PDF versions of these flyers to anyone you can find them by clicking on the links below.
Other useful documents:
I. Information documents
The following documents contain frequently asked questions (and their answers), how we work, and the study options that UStudy offers. It is useful for you to read through these documents, and even print out a few to bring them along with you to support you in your presentations. If you don’t know an answer to a particular question, then don’t worry, simply refer the person to the UStudy website or have them contact us via email or telephone.
II. Sign up sheet
UStudy Sign Up Sheet – Please make sure this is thoroughly filled in at any seminar or presentation you attend, so we can track any commissions from new clients back to you. Make sure people write their names and email addresses (and the sport they play, if applicable) very clearly in capital letters.
III. Declaration forms
If you have conducted a presentation and/or if you have referred a new client to us, then we kindly ask that you complete either of the appropriate declaration forms below. Any applicable reimbursement or commission will then be paid into your account as soon as possible.
Online declaration form for UStudy Ambassador reimbursement (standard reimbursement of 75 euro)
Online declaration form for UStudy Ambassador commission (standard commission of 10% for each new client referred directly by the Ambassador)
Remember, if you have any questions at all, feel free to be in touch with Rachelle Visser who is your UStudy Ambassador liaison:

She will provide you with further information about dates, times, location and also the contact details of the organizer of the event. 2. The sign-up sheet and brochures will be mailed by UStudy to the location of the event. Please ensure you pick these up prior to your presentation.
3. After the event: scan the sign-up sheet and email it to email@example.com
4. Fill in the online declaration form
The declaration payment will be deposited as quickly as possible into your nominated bank account on the online form. Many thanks for your partnership with UStudy!
